As the Employer of Record service, In-Flight Crew Connections will assume all the employer services: State and Federal Regulatory Taxation Compliance, Unemployment Insurance, Workman’s Compensation, Liability Insurance, Background, E-Verify & Drug Testing, Training Verifications, FAA Records Check, Human Resource and other Administrative Support tasks. Our client remains the work-site supervisor and In-Flight Crew Connections is the administrative employer relieving the client of potential employer liability, human resource management responsibilities, employment tax liability and risk management of their contingent, contract or independent labor personnel.
